Please contact us before sending any return. Returns are arranged individually; do not send items to the registered address without instructions from our team.

Your order

Choose the artwork style, print size, frame and any available personalisation before adding to cart. Review the price, delivery address and artwork details before completing checkout. Prices are shown in GBP; any applicable tax is shown in the checkout totals. UK delivery is free.

Personalisation

You are responsible for providing accurate names, dates, wording and suitable photographs that you have permission to use. We may ask for a clearer photo or clarification before production. Examples show the artwork style; your final personalised artwork is created after ordering.

Proofs and delivery

A customer proof is optional for men's, women's and pet portraits only. Select it in the portrait creator or basket if you would like to review your artwork before printing. Allow at least one extra day; printing waits for approval, so later approval extends dispatch and delivery. Without a requested proof, your portrait proceeds to production after our team's checks. Star maps and football prints go straight to production and do not offer proofs.

Changes and aftersales

Contact us promptly if you need an order changed or have a problem. Personalised goods are made to your instructions; changes may not be possible once production begins. Our returns and reprint policy explains how we help with issues. Nothing in these terms removes your statutory consumer rights.

Our Privacy policy explains how we use order details and photographs, including the 14-day photo-retention period from dispatch.

Availability

Only options shown as available for purchase can be ordered. Coming-soon ranges and add-ons are not included in the launch catalogue.

Our free reprint guarantee

We want you to be happy with your artwork. If something isn't right, contact our team and we'll help put it right with our free reprint service.

Please share your order number and explain what you're unhappy with. A photo of the artwork can help us understand the issue and arrange the right correction.

You generally won't need to return your artwork. Returns are handled case by case, so please speak to our team before sending anything back.

Choosing to receive a proof is optional. If you don't request one, we will create and send your artwork straight to you, and you are still covered by our free reprint guarantee.
