Shipping policy

We deliver across the United Kingdom free of charge. International delivery is not currently available.

Orders placed before 2pm UK time Sunday to Friday are dispatched the same day for delivery the following day. Orders after 2pm, or on Saturday, are dispatched on the next dispatch day. Delivery timings may be affected by courier delays or service disruption.

For personalised artwork, supply a clear, suitable photograph and complete artwork details. If we need a replacement photo or clarification, production and dispatch wait until these are received.

A proof is optional for portraits and Grand Theft Artwork. A requested proof adds an extra day; we print after your approval. If your approval arrives later, dispatch and delivery can take longer.

Shipping is managed through Veeqo using Amazon Shipping/Logistics. This is our delivery service, not an Amazon Prime membership benefit. Tracking is provided when the order is dispatched.
