Please contact us before sending any return. Returns are arranged individually; do not send items to the registered address without instructions from our team.

Information we use

We use your contact and delivery details, order selections, uploaded photographs, artwork instructions and support correspondence to create your artwork, process your order and provide aftersales support. Payment details are processed by the payment providers offered at checkout.

Photographs and artwork

Photographs are stored securely and used to prepare the original order. We retain customer photographs for 14 days from dispatch to assist with reprints or duplicate prints, then delete them. If a later request needs the photograph again, we may ask you to upload it again.

Only share photographs and information you have permission to provide. Please avoid including unnecessary personal information in your artwork notes.

Service providers

We use Shopify for our storefront and order management, payment providers to process payments, and fulfilment providers to deliver orders. Veeqo and Amazon Shipping/Logistics handle shipping. Our artwork production team uses the information needed to create and check your print. We share only the information necessary for the relevant service.

Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled. Shopify uses store customer data with data from other Shopify stores to improve products, advertising and personalisation, as described in Shopify’s privacy information. Other merchants cannot see your customer data.

Other records

Order, payment and support records are separate from uploaded photographs. We retain these for as long as needed to manage orders, resolve queries and meet applicable accounting or legal requirements.

Why we process information

We process order information to fulfil our contract with you, retain records where required by law, and manage customer service and security for our legitimate business interests. Where we request consent for optional cookies or marketing, you can withdraw it.

Essential cookies support the cart and checkout. Any optional analytics or marketing cookies must follow your privacy choices. You can manage cookies through the privacy controls available on the store and in your browser.

Your choices and rights

You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, or to raise an objection or restriction where applicable. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal requirements. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
